Hmm. He said he wants to get leaner. Well, var is suppressive to HPTA (more so than dbol). One notable fact about var is appetite suppression. Running var with clen is certainly a recipe, and an expensive one, for leaning out. You certainly don't need 80mgs/ed either. The guy wants to lean out.

To the OP, a better and much less expensive solution, imo, would be 25mcgs of T3 in the am on empty stomach with clen, diet and cardio. You can either run the clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or like I do, 2 days on 1 day off. Clen doesn't kill your appetite either, which is what I like about it and it burns brown adipose tissue (the tough fat). Clen is catabolic to fat and anti-catabolic to muscle.

Alternatively you can run an ECA /ed spread out or as needed based on tolerance and effectiveness) with T3. Throwing in 5mg Yohimbe HCL with each serving really makes the ECA stack much more effective.

I agree with prone, 60-80mg var is fine dose, even for leaning out.

Var really won't pack on much mass anyway.

And i wouldn't suggest T3 without the use of AS. Even in conjunction with clen, he'll most likely end up burning through muscle.

I would never run var without a test base. The OP wants to lean out. T3 doesn't suppress the HPTA function, var does. When you drop in BF you lose muscle with it. No such thing as burning fat without losing some muscle. Why do think Pro BBers blow up in the off-season?

Usually you either Bulk or cut, BUT it is WELL KNOWN incorporating the PROPER diet, PROPER lifting and PROPER cardio and you can cut BF% and gain muscle at the sametime with the proper incorporation of some gear..........i am doing it myself right now........

Don't disagree with that all. Did the same thing but I don't recall the OP saying anything other than wanting to get leaner. The recipe I laid out with diet and cardio works well for that and you don't need to mess with gear, the sides or PCT either. AAS is not always the appropriate solution. It just depends on the person's goals. If all I wanted to do is lean out I wouldn't incorporate AAS. If I cared about preserving muscle while leaning out I would. I’ll personally be at a point soon where the former applies.
