i think you COULD POSSIBLY synthesize that, though i believe you would get better results eating 8oz of meat at the meal, ziplocking the other 8oz and eating it a 3-4 hours later to allow your body time to digest the last meal, this will create a more consistent stream of protein and create less wasted nutrients
no excuses, anyone can carry an extra 8oz of meat in their pants unless your lexington steel or ron jeremy
