    Is it possible for your body to utilize those amounts each time, Phate will chime in....

    The only thing I can think of is to maybe hold off and prime yourself to a lower bodyfat. Drop to 8-10 range as the goal is always lean body mass. I did this on my second and last cycle; got around 7.5% and freaking sky rocketed with some good quality muscle.

    normally no, but with tren and test your feed efficiency will be higher and 16oz of most meat is around 100g of protein(give or take depending on fat content)

    i think you COULD POSSIBLY synthesize that, though i believe you would get better results eating 8oz of meat at the meal, ziplocking the other 8oz and eating it a 3-4 hours later to allow your body time to digest the last meal, this will create a more consistent stream of protein and create less wasted nutrients

    no excuses, anyone can carry an extra 8oz of meat in their pants unless your lexington steel or ron jeremy
