    First , at 6' and ONLY 168, you are NOT ready for steroids.

    You should be able to get to and maintain 210 lbs NATURALLY. If you can not maintain your natural potential , then you will not be keeping any of the gains you may make off of your cycle.

    Get your diet worked out and gain 40 lbs naturally before you ever start taking steroids or you will be wasting your time and money.

    I think its funny that you get your information from another board then come here asking for advice as long as its not what you don't want to hear.

    Why not get your advice from the board where you got your poor information from??

    The profile you read said nothing about how Winny IS going to SHUT DOWN your natural testosterone production. So your body is going to be without the one hormone that really makes you a man!! NOT GOOD !!

    PCT is most certainly needed IF you expect your body to restart production of testosterone.

    30 mgs /ED for only 4 weeks is NOT gonna do much good for you at all whether you want us to tell you or not. But it will be enough to screw with your HPTA.

    I will stop there...let us know if you have any interest in doing this correctly and we will be glad to help. If you choose to continue on your own path, well, then ...GOOD LUCK but please don't come crying when you have all kinds of libido and erection issues.

    OK... I didn't come on here to piss you all off and if I have done then sorry but telling me what I should be able to achieve naturally and that I'm not ready for steroids is surely just you making an assumption what my genetic make up is. I know plenty of people smaller than me who eat less than me but weigh alot more and vice versa. I will not be able to put on 40 pounds in my lifetime naturally nor am I aiming for that. I want to bulk but my frame would struggle to hold another 2-3 stone. I eat as much as possible but find as I have grown over the last 4 years I have been able to eat more in tandum.

    I do agree that a sandwich isn't classed as a meal but I am only light and struggle to eat another full meal so soon after my first and see this just as a top up. I appreciate all of your comments and I do continue to fit more food in but we are all genetically different, are we not?

    So why screw with your natty T levels if you can't hold weight. You plan to just stay on for the rest of your life to hold weight. How do you think you gain weight in the first place, surely not taking a pill.

    You are making up poor excuses and if you can't hold weight then why use drugs that may or may not put it on and then it will come off once PCT time arrives, your shut down and cortisol levels are high. How will you hold the weight put on after the cycle?

    If you're not looking to put on 40lbs of muscle then stay natural. I was able to get to 210 in 4 years and also had the same thoughts as you about "fast" metabolism and all

    Here sample diet for you: Look at the difference in food choices and tell me you wouldn't be able to hold weight?

    Meal 1:
    8 egg whites
    3 whole *****-3 eggs
    3/4 cups oats
    small apple

    Meal 2: (pre workout)
    7-8oz of chicken
    cup of pearled barley
    2 cups broccoli

    Meal 3: (PWO)
    50g whey
    3/4 cups oats
    banana

    Meal 4:
    7-8 oz Lean turkey
    cup of brown rice
    2 cups of broccoli

    Meal 5:
    7-8 oz of buffalo meat
    10oz of red potatos
    big salad (I don't count greens for my macros)

    Meal 6: same as 5

    Meal 7:
    3/4 cups of cottage cheese
    4 whole *****-3 eggs

    Then in the middle of the night

    Meal 8: Either a casein shake or more egg whites or cottage cheese


    See the difference in food choices. Actual meat and potaotes, not yogurt, cereal, and sandwiches

    So you struggle to eat more than a sandwich? The question is, what do you think steroid use can do for you? I'll tell you right now, if 170lbs is all you can manage on a 6' frame, and that is all the food you can get down in a day, you aren't going to make any gains with steroid use (let alone weak ass winny). It doesn't matter what you're genetics are, you ARE light for what your height can carry, no matter how you try to get around that with excuses.

    These guys are helping you not waste your time and money, but I won't be as nice as them. Go run 4 weeks of winstrol, and in the end, when you're left with tiny balls, no gains, and some acne, you can come back and come to the diet section.
