Depends who it comes from, but if it keeps my jewels from shinking you can damn bet it's worth every penny, and also giving ease to therapy. Alot of people swear by it.

That's what your L-Dex is for You can also include a small amount of an AI like L-Dex in your PCT if you did not use any during your cycle due to estrogenic effects.

x2. Nolva and progestins don't mix well. Progestins binds with an affinity to the progesterone receptor of 60%, on top of this nolva has the ability to up-regulate progesterone receptors making matters worse.

Okay, so if I start having issues bring in the l-dex instead of the nolva. How many mg and what frequency would be good to combat these sides. I assume I run the l-dex until the problem subsides, then I resume the l-dex again after my last pinning? Are the caber or bromo absolutely nessacary to have on hand for this cycle, or should the research quality l-dex be enough?

Bro science chiming in and providing ridiculous unproven ratios. I've ran deca alone and never had 'deca dick'. I've known people that ran 1-1/2 grams test with 500 mgs deca and his dick was only useful as a paper weight for months before and after coming off. There is no right or wrong. Only what works for each individual. If I was running 500mgs test I wouldn't hesitate to run deca at 400. And I'd be fine. And I'd have a more effective cycle then 250mgs without question.

You can run Deca at 1:1 ratio no problem. My uncle is the best southern cali endo. He works with top bodybuilders. He says its fine at 1:1. I am running at the moment 300mg of deca and 500 of test just to keep joints lubricated.

for bulking purposes I would not run less than 400mg/week deca and would not run it for less than 10 weeks. provided at least a trt dose of test is present, there is no need for a "deca to test" ratio. I've had great cycles with 600mg/week deca and 250mg/week test.
