    usually oatmeal for breakfast 3-4 meals a day soyburgers fish and vegetables and protein shakes after workouts

    yea, thats what I figured..... I eat that much before 10 am !!!

    Think about it this way. If you want to be 200 pounds than you got to eat like a 200 pound man. Hell, im eating a 12" polish kielbasa as we speak.
