this is why u dont punch ppl or things...but that being said i did the same thing last september on someones head...what i did was continued to train legs and cardio...kept my diet up...then 3 weeks into it i started taping my hand tightly and doing cables very light high rep (sets of about 25-30) after about another 3 weeks of doing that i slowly started to test my hands strength and eventually after about 6 months i was able to comfortably lift again without having to tape it...now its june and i dont even notice it...i still cant do power cleans and if someone crushes my hand when they shake it i will want to cry but aside from that im good.
