    First, you diet needs help.Check out the diet section of this website.
    Second, you should NOT cycle to loose weight.You need to concentrate on cardio at this particular time.Post your stats so we can help you.

    I am 6' 279 lbs. I have a 42" waist. I do 20 min of cardio at the end of every workout. I workout 6 days a week.
