Meal 3: fruity pebbles, o mega eggs
Meal 4: Cinnamon rolls w/ shake
cheque drops prior to 45 minutes of cardio
Meal 5: fast acting carbs only w/ 25iu of slin
Meal 6: I Hop 3 steaks, fried okra, mac and cheese,
Meal 7: shit on a stick
