I certainly didn't mean any disrespect by it. I referenced Eatrainrest and Jamy because they had helped me to create the diet in the first place. I would certainly appreciate your feedback, and anyone else who can supply helpful knowledge as I am a total novice who is really trying to get rid of this huge gut and get into shape. I would truly like to start actually bodybuilding and not just "lifting" as I want to be educated about the process and make sure I am working towards the proper growth in the correct way. Your insight would be greatly appreciated and I hope you will take the time to direct me. If you have any insight on what you think would be a good work out for someone in my situation (slingshot, 5x5, etc...) I am all ears as I am fumbling through a lot of it trying to find what fits me and works best. Nothing so far has seemed appropriate. Thank you all for your time.
