    I think anyone who starts another Gregory Valentino thread should be banned.

    Dude i'm new to these fourms, i didn't know this had been discussed.

    He mentions in Bigger, Strong, Faster about people saying he injected syn into his arms and then offered Chris Bell to feel how solid his arms are.
