I dont want to get in this debate but id just like to point out that Prop is typically used to kick off a cycle not end it. I mean you could kick it off and end it with Prop but if you;re only doing one or the other id personally go for the Prop kickstart.

actually it is VERY common to use prop at the end while you wait for PCT time, that way you still have hormones running right up to PCT time. so after you take your last Test E shot, you start to take prop right up until 3 days before PCT

Yes but ive never heard of someone doing only at the end but not at the beginning? Thats normal though yeah? Maybe im just impatient lol Im doing Prop leading into TestE at the moment but have plenty of Prop left over. So last couple weeks be wise to throw in 50mg ED?
