well im just asking tmos? I trust you man. your advice is golden and i will follow it. I know and im always working on diet no diet is perfect and anything can always be better. This why i keep coming back so i can better myself!! any more advice

Hmm 3 bad cycles so doing a good one now will fix everything??? Have fun when in another 10 yrs or less you are on dialysis or have all kinds of other problems you cant figure out WHY???

I hope a couple years of being lean and mean is worth a lifetime of misery to you.

Yea, i figured I was wasting my breath since he already did 3 cycles and the damage is done..... he was gonna do it anyway........
