HIITB$ I will say how I done it but like said first ever time I've been injected.

- I had hot bath before preparing to relax muscles
- I warmed the amp under hot water for 15-20 secs
- Made doubly sure of correct location
- When got rid of few air bubbles left the gear on side of needle for lubrication
- Laid down
- Directed that the injection be very direct and quick in terms of breaking skin

I just followed the normal procedure and made point of including the above points. I have my second injection tonight so I will update if that would be helpful??...
