I think what EROC was trying to say was you started about weight loss then your knees . I think he ment that maybe cardio at 70% heart rate would still give you the weight loss and preserve your knees . I personally do 45 mins cardio every morning before breakfast 5 days per week with 250mg caffeine and green leaf tea and this works wonders with no knee problems . Just a thought.The training you mention is more like HIT training which also is good for fat loss but more agressive and maybe more stressful on the joints.
