I have read that some warm up test under the sink before shooting...does this matter for HCG or does the re-warming mess it up.

there is really no reason to warm it. people warm test to thin the oil, no need with water based gear.

Warming oils really doesn't make a difference when it comes to injection site pain. It may draw easier but that's about it. If the oil has a high BA content it's gonna hurt no matter how much you warm it. I never warm HG gear. I've warmed UG gear and shot it without warming. No difference either way when it comes to pain. I warm thicker solutions like Test E because it's easier to draw through a 23 guage.

If you're using sterile water it will sting like a bitch.

Use bacteriostatic water.

oh I agree I wasn't referencing injection pain commented on by the OP, just stating why people warm oil based gear, to thin it.
