Wow, you want ARMED MILITARY PERSONEL policing us and walking the streets? How far did that get N.Ireland in 35 years of British Occupation? People go on about how the West is decending into socialism, yet when you've got the miliatary policing your country that's when you've stepped into the realm of totalitarian oppression.

As for how the cops handled that...well, I agree it was over the top. The six punches was not required but why the Hell did the guy start mouthing off to 3 policeman? And then run away? He resisted arrest. Should he have got the treatment he got, prehaps not...im pretty sure if you attempt to bite anyone though, there are going to be repercussions.

In many ways I feel for the police of today. They seem to really be in a lose/lose situation where any form of restraint is frowned upon. People go on and on about wanting freedom, we're being controled by the government, etc, but EVERY SOCIETY still needs rules. Give total power to the people and you have anarchy.

People dont like policeman, they dont like law....well tough I say. Left to their own devices with no fear of reprimand, people turn into arseholes. Society requires policeman and law. It doesn't require police brutality though..

i hate the police,i think on the whole they are bitch cowards.

about 5 years ago me and a group of friends were coming out of a pub on the soho road,handsworth birmingham,when officers decided to question us about some incident that happened earlier(nothing to do with us).my mate roger knew one of the people involved and got arrested for not talking and trying to walk away....where we live its better to never seen anything,you live longer that way.

the **** officers said he was 'with holding evidence' and 'resisting arrest'

anyway they cuffed him,threw him against the wall and started hitting him in the back,me and stumpy grabbed the arm of one copper who was hitting him and we all got turned over by about 10 coppers for 'assaulting a policeman'.we took a way way worse beating than that guy on utube.

we told the court roger was already cuffed when he was assaulted by the coppers,and they were aggressive as soon as they started talking to us,as many many witnesses also said.the case was thrown out,but not one of the bitch coppers were done.

oh and my brother is a copper in handswoth police!!!!!!!!!!
