    Food should be the most of your worries. If its not healthy calories and proteins then its still useless.

    Looks like youve put in some nice work dawg! Might wanna focus on those shoulders alittle more.

    Extend your cycle to 12 weeks if you got the gear. Run clomid with nova for pct.

    thanks man I agree with you there about my shoulders. its kind of tough to get a good pic since im holding a camera phone there but my shoulders need some work but my traps are actually very good, although you cant really tell from those pics.

    yea i was thinking about adding clomid. you think its really that important?

    Yea, from everything Ive read on here clomid/nova is proper protacal. Cant give you the amount ED because Im on TRT and PCT is a thing of the past.

    Funny thing is, if I knew about proper PCT in the past, then I would know less about TRT in the present!

    alright since you still want to insist im a dumb noob who doesnt know the importance of training and dieting, here is my CURRENT diet, which is basically starving me but I need to do it this way to avoid too much fat gain in the summer

    Meal 1
    2 whole eggs (12 protein/2 carb/9 fat, 140 calories), ½ cup egg white liquid (12/0/0, 60), 1 cup oats (10/54/6, 300)
    34 protein/56 carbs/15 fat, 500 calories

    Workout - 1 scoop IntraBolic
    7/2/0, 50 calories

    Meal 2
    Anabolic Window (30/43/0, 300), 1 scoop GlycoMaize (0/35/0, 140)
    30/78/0, 440 calories

    Meal 3
    1 chicken breast (32/0/1.5, 140), 1 cup brown rice (8/66/2, 300)
    40/66/3.5, 440 calories

    Meal 4
    Turkey slices (20/2.5/1, 112), 2 slices whole wheat bread (8/36/3, 200), fish oil (0/0/4, 40)
    28/38.5/8, 352 calories

    Meal 5
    1 chicken breast (32/0/1.5, 140), 1 whole wheat tortilla (6/29/3.5, 160), ½ cup oats (5/27/3, 150), ½ whole wheat bagel (2.5/11/0.5, 55)
    45.5/67/8.5, 505 calories

    Meal 6
    1 scoop Ultra Peptide 2.0 (18/5/10, 173), 1 scoop whey protein (23/3/2, 122), 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter (12/7.5/25.5, 300)

    TOTAL: 237.5 protein/323 carbs/72.5 fat, 2,882 calories

    how much should I increase the cals when I start the cycle to ensure maximal gains but minimal fat? 3500-3800 maybe?
