    im 20, 5 foot 10 and i weigh 12 stone . im not sure on my body fat. so a no go for the steroids then??

    TOO YOUNG.... Diet sucks according to BIG i see.... LMAO. Study more bro. Learn what you are using. Then come back in a couple years....

    OH and get that diet in check.
