Hell yeah man, hell I dont even get sore that often.
I do 36 sets for back, 20-24 sets for chest, 32 for triceps, 32 for biceps, and 20 sets for shoulders (got tendonitis got to take it easy) and about 20-24 sets for legs.
I have been doing volume workouts for close to 2 years now and my gains have easily surpassed those who do the same body part twice a week. I only do one body part per week (discounting abs and forearms) so I have plenty of time to rest each bodypart.
