I used the T-Bol for a slight bulking cycle but found out that it helps with cutting bodyfat as long as your diet is clean. I started with 40 mg's a day for first couple days to see how my body would react then I went to 50 mg's for duration of the cycle. I kept the cardio very light as I wanted to gain a bit of dry lean bulk. You may notice that the pumps you get will prevent you from doing alot of cardio anyway.
14lbs of lean muscle mass was achieved in 6 week cycle. My workout partner also ran the T-bol cycle with me & he gained 17 lbs of lean muscle. It all depends on your goals, diet, & makeup I guess. It seems it takes about 2-2.5 weeks before you start noticing big gains in strength & bodyweight.
I can't imagine running 80 mg's ed - sheesh......lol
