my mothers 5'7" and from the pictures I've seen of my dad he's prolly about 6'. I myself am 6'. I do believe that with these results the mythbusters would call this one BUSTED!

This is true but it's gonna be more accurate with taller parents/children then with the shorter.Considering the average height is prolly 5'10" to 6' that five inch play is a lot. There's not a lot of guys walking around over 6'5".

My buddys mom is 5'6" and his dad is 6'3". My buddy is 6'5" so without a calculator that has to be right on the edge of being over 5" difference from the parents average.
