    50mg/week for 4 weeks is too short to notice any real results besides some strength gain and minor fat loss.

    How long am i supposed to be running it then? 6 weeks or 8 weeks?

    6-10 weeks is what people run, with 8 weeks being the "sweet spot"

    where to add primo and winstrol? or shouldnt add at all?

    Tren A week 5-12
    Winstrol week 9-12

    IMO tren will lean you up real good so need for PRIMO AND Winny which are both cutting/pre-contest steroids. IMO overkill.

    If you were to do winstrol, it would have to be around 6-8 weeks of winstrol @ 50mg ED.


    Personally I would just stick with test-e and tren, if this is your first time on tren, if you are more experienced add in the winny, depends on your goals though (bulker/cutter/etc)

    But what about the first 4 weeks? and i guess am still a noob, so i shouldnt add winny heh. my goal is cutting from 225 to like to 200~210 while of course maintaining all my muscle mass and maintaing or even adding some strenght.

    You could add winny when you start your test if you want, it would take 3-4 weeks for the test to build up, but if you really want to run the winny you could do that

    1-12 test
    4-12 tren
    1-8 Winny @ 50mg ED
