After speaking to a buddy at the gym, he told me about liquid clen, he said it worked a lot better then pill form.
My question is, does liquid clen work better then clen in pill form? What is the recommended dosage for a first time user of clen?
On a side note, from some research I've done and reading about some people that have done it, a lot of people basically recommended to stay away from the liquid form because the side effects are far greater and dosages can be inaccurate. Any thoughts?
