not near enough IMO, you should look at your ratio of good unsaturated fats to bad fats per day and compare to total amount, fish oil is one of the best things you can use to lose bf as it's beeen shown to actually activate one of your bodies fat burning genes( i have a study on it i think if you want to read it)
Yeah ther was a time when I was taking about 15 of fish oil a day but being a student it was costly! I follow alot of charles poliquin and john berardi's stuff but being a college student it is hard to follow it 100%. But the basic idea is what I follow. Once I get a solid pay check im gunna go buy a big bottle of udo's 369, and a couple bottles of fish oil and up my ***** 3 in take.
My supplements that I will be taking once I get paid:
***** 3 fish oil
Multi vit
Greens powder (Veggie greens)
Green Tea (egcg)
Udo's 369 with flax
Whey isolate
