    correct, i promise this information will only be used, if i decide to use them YEARS FROM NOW. i promise. i checked out some of those links, awesome by the way.

    as for diets i am in training for nutrionist so im set there.

    so i have a question now. obviously in America it is illegal for anabolic steriod usage. so these guys in the IFBB and what not, why dont they get in trouble?( this spawned from how they have doctors) and why dont the doctors get in trouble?

    also, how much do people normally shoot? and so i take it, the more advanced you are, the more you take, and diff kinds?

    very nice, i believe we will have some interesting conversation then, i would like to see your diet in detail and i'll post mine as well if you like, i think it would make for a very informative info swap, how bout posting it in this thread tomorrow with amounts of each food and macros for each meal and i'll do the same, as well as a daily caloric total and total macros?

    this is a very complicated question but basically the doctors have a duty to the patient to protect their confidentiality unless they are doing themselves or other's harm(hippocrate's oath) and the DEA doesn't really care about the small fish(private users), they want the dealers
    also, how much do people normally shoot? and so i take it, the more advanced you are, the more you take, and diff kinds?

    It is GREAT that you are studying for nutrition, but keep in mind that nutrition for the average person, and a bodybuilder with or without steroids is COMPLETELY different....
    So, make part of your studies, the DIET SECTION here !! TRUST ME !!

    i can't wait to debate diet with him, should be fun/interesting/informative

    i'm going to take a sports nutrition class spring semester, i bet i'm gonna get in alot of arguments in that class

    lets see. right now i stay on a high protien, mid to low carb diet, low fat. its a relativly low calorie diet, compared to when i was eating bout 5000 cals.

    breakfast-

    1/3 cup of oatmeal
    ON pro complex protien shake
    banana
    fish oil caplet
    Vita-Cell
    mid morning snack-

    ON pro complex
    ON amino acid blend

    Lunch-

    one or 1 and 1/2 chicken breast mixed in a whole wheat pasta or salad
    apple
    sweet potatoe

    Pre Workout-

    bout hour to two hours out

    chicken breast/lean meat

    45 minutes out

    2 dried plumes

    Post Workout

    Gaspari Intra pro(whey isolate)
    chicken breast with white noodles

    Dinner

    lean meat
    salad
    some type of vegtables in a mixed packet.

    hour or so before i go to bed, or depending on how full i am, i will take an ON casien shake.

    so for every meal i try to take in 40 to sixty grams of protien, and as for carbs, its relativly low for now, but i will redo it soon.

    i normally dont count macros, i just keep track of what i eat for the day. i try to eat roughly bout 3000-3500 calories a day for now.
