First of all Baron, when did you put me in my place? I never said "don't use that compound" or "you should've used this compound".

All I did was give you advice on HOW to run a certain compound.

Now to your question about how much your bench will go up, do you honestly think anybody can tell you how many more reps you will get out of cycling halo?

Everybody is different, you might get 5 more reps, or you might get 10, nobody knows. You may want to check out the Powerlifting Forum we have on this board.

As far as your reply goes, I think you were out of line there. Now me, I really could care less if somebody insultet me over the internet, but you will get nowhere with this kind of attitude, not on an internet forum, and not in real life.

I told you before how I would run halo, but really it's your decision in the end.

And btw, it seems to me that YOU are the one that doesn't like to be out in his place, I mean else you would've responded differently to gymnerd.
well said, but keep gym nerd out of this.

Fair enough, and good luck with whatever you decided to run.

your current rep range is way too low for your size. Halo is ****ing major androgenic and with that increased aggression and all the other shit you are doing i would think you should be pushing 18-20 pretty easy after 4 weeks. do not un that shit for 8 or you will turn yellow from the jaundice

I dont claim to be the bible, but I have helped many people from Athletes to children with disabilities.

You want my credentials? They dont mean noting to me! For shits and giggles I hold 4 certifications. One from the NASM, one from APEX, one from the IFPA, and I also hold a nutritional cert from APEX.

There are guys & gals with no certificates that run circles around me when it comes to the knowledge of the iron.

He asked about his bench going up, and was very vague. I told you I had assumptions based on a vague description.

I could throw out numbers like a lottery based on a vague assumption. I didnt think that was appropriate either. Thats what your gym buddies and training partners are there for.

My advice was to change his style of training, based on my assumptions.

Again. I am no body building bible or authority on PL, sports training, or physical therapy, but I do have a verifiable track record of helping clients of all aspects of life.
