50mg per day..whats the best way to split that up? every 4hours? something like that? im thinking half life dosaging through out 24hours to equal up to a perfet 50mg/day.. maybe id have to make it 60 or 70mg per day in order to have a steady dose coming at the end of each half life.confusing stuff..do i just take 50mg before the gym?
