Ok I'll be "that guy".
If you're running test e 10 weeks, pct would start week 13, not 12.
I would run the clomid as listed but run the nolva 40/40/20/20 if possible.

I take my shots Sun evenings & Thursday mornings, so i worked on Thursday of week 12.
