    ill put pics up asap
    i just need my gfs camera

    i bench 355 x3 times 225x 18 times naturally which is good ive won weight lifting comp before.. i squat 525 x 2 times and deadlift only 275 x 5 due to a real bad back but no matter how heavy or how many times i change my workout i dont grow anymore. i just keep getting more muscle definition it sux

    I started messing with Pro-hormones at your age, big mistake I developed erectile dysfunction, depression, and had my anxiety go through the roof.

    I would def. wait at least 3 years till your 21 before you touch anything, I mean you already are doing good. I know this isn't what you want to hear but take this advice from someone who was in your shoes and instead of listening to the people around decided that I don't care what people say and went ahead with it.

    Listen to people, but its your life if you want to make the same mistake that I did go ahead. Just trying to save you from it.

    525 squat and only 275 deadlift????!!!! id think the squat would blow your back as much if not more than the deadlift, provided your squatting low, if your hitting tht kinda squat at 18 why the fook r you turning to roids?

    with my squat

    i go past seating possition *i cant even spell right now haha* i almost go near the floor but when i dead lift it shocks by back i dont no.. its weird.. i ****ed up my back when i was 16 power lifting for football since then i get spasms sometimes and cant get up its kinda funny but reason for turning to steroids would just be to improve faster.. BUT i have taken what every1 says into consideration and i was just here to find out if i should take it thats why i asked so thanx for caring to the people say dont do it.. but for the creatine what kinda creatine would i take cause that shit i feel like it doesnt work... but what kind would u take? the drops, powder pills or what? give me some help

    creatine powder is way to go, serums , pills etc usually shit, gaspari size on works well for me, hmb is a good bet too, zma. i powerlifted naturally using these supps for 12yrs and achieved a hell of alot, only using aas now in mid thirties. like the guys say, too young for gear mate, look in2 the back prob with the deadlifts, physio perhaps, nothing will put bulk on ya like d'lifts. good luck
