    I do not mthink he was trying to be a jerk to you! It is just there are literally a hundred people on here a day that are or should I say think they are redy to do their 1st cycle and non e of them have a clue how to do it! And he is saying that because AAS will most definately give you a boost, but he is right if you do not push yourself and do extra sets and higher weight to push yourself and try to build that new muscle, then they are not going to help anymore than a bottle og Hydroxicuts and some creatine. and that is the honest truth! Trust me.. it is not just a s simple as stabbing yourself and waking up 10 days later saying WOW this stuff works! 70% of the people here are not even close on their diets. and here is the kicker... if they had their diet worked out completely and just worked out and ate right they would make gains with both strength and size so fast they could almost be convinced that someone slipped steroids into their water when they werent looking! thast is the truth! and the sad part is that unless the diet is worked out like that, the roids are not going to work very good. I know my diet and foods so good that I know exactly what 1serving of everything I eat has in it for cals, fat / pro/ carbs and it is like that with pretty much every food I put into my body! I do not need to even read labels anymore! I have a 50 food database stored in my head!

    Thank you for putting it more elegantly than I did. I wasn't trying to be a jerk and that was really what I was trying to say. Dial in the diet and the workout ... critical to getting big with or without steroids.
