whats your diet like?
well the last three weeks its been crazy ive been eating so much food cereal and milk,had pizza twice,ice cream some other shit I have not eat in years.
but before that it was real strict 7 meals a day I stopped drinking shakes and used whole foods even pwo.
meal 1 1 cup oats 112g egg whites 1 scoop whey
meal 2 pwo 6 oz brown rice 6 oz 95% lean ground beef
meal 3 6oz yams 4.5oz chix
meal 4 same as meal 3
meal 5 4-6oz protein and veggies
meal 6 same as 5
meal 7 1 cup cottage cheese and half pack ultra met mixed in
did this for 8 weeks started at 185 got down to 177 then now back up to 185
