Looking better! Not nearly as sore or red...but still a little warm to the touch. Probably didn't help that I was at the beach yesterday catching some rays But I think my body is fighting the infection, been popping alot of vitamin C for my immune system and multi-V too, if it heals up will def. be staying away from that delt for awhile! I know the gear is good no bacteria in it or anything, just about done with the bottle and hit my glute twice since the infection started and no issues there. Still not sure how it got infected, maybe some scar tissue inside there or something? Very strange.

Same thing happened to me as you have read once I started hitting my delts, my glutes are a OK, it was only when i hit my 2nd/3rd delt shot that it happened
