thats exactly right. And it pisses me off knowing i could be 200. Diet is definitely the problem. If someone would tell me exactly what to eat when i would. another factor that comes into play is school. Thats why im trying to get all my shit done during the summer.

Do you mean you've been eating a supossed 5000 cals a day, and have never been to the diet section? Bro I don't want to bash on you, seriously I don't, but you REALLY need to wake up man... cmon your doing things all out of wack, and not actually educating yourself before you do things... Please man, cool things down a bit, stop your cycling, and return to the basics, trust me you will not regret it! Everything has steps for a reason, and I think your image on steroid use has been clouded and your getting the wrong idea from it. Concentrate on your diet and also your training/form. Because from your weight I can almost guess that your doing high reps with average weights also. Were here to help you out, but you need to listen to whats best first and not be so impulsive. WE WILL show you the BEST way to gain and keep it, just stick on these forums and READ READ READ! Go make a post in the diet section and I'll see you there, and well work something out.
