Injection Site & CC

I was double checking my injection technique and came across this.

To avoid discomfort and excessive scar tissue at the injection site, it is not wise to inject more than 2 ccs of solution per shot. It is also not prudent to use the same injection site more than twice a week (once a week is preferred) .

Now I am wondering what the best way to rotate injection site is? If I will be injecting 7 1/2 MGs per week (two different compounds; 3.5MG 1st compound & 4MGC 2nd compound) what is the best way to approach this? Two separate injection sites on two separate days? Or mix the compounds to inject?
