i mostly have about 3 meals a day and some snacks maybe, i thnk i just need to eat alot more because i feel like i dont eat enough adn that is what is holding me back.
my work out routine is
mon-arm and chest
tues- shoulders/back
weds- abs/legs
thurs- arm chest
fri- shoulders/back
sat/sun=off
