make me a full cycle much appriciated! the machine at the gym said my body fat was normal so dont worry about that i dont even think it said 25 i justno it said its normal it did say my bmi was a little bit high thats all i am a hard trainer and mix my weights withcardio seven days a week at the gym and football twice a week i eat loads of protein i.e chicken fish and eggs also have three protien shakes i have my carbs too pasta potatos and plenty offruit and veg
