    whats the right way make me a plan to follow and dont say just diet
    make me a full cycle much appriciated! the machine at the gym said my body fat was normal so dont worry about that i dont even think it said 25 i justno it said its normal it did say my bmi was a little bit high thats all i am a hard trainer and mix my weights withcardio seven days a week at the gym and football twice a week i eat loads of protein i.e chicken fish and eggs also have three protien shakes i have my carbs too pasta potatos and plenty offruit and veg

    Look, I am just trying to help you. Your taking this steroid thing a little too lightly. You think your ready just because you work out and play some football?

    Have you reached your bodies full natural potential? So despite the fact it is not what you want us to tell you, your diet is going to be the key. If you are so convinced you have a good clean diet, show me.... post up your daily diet.... like this...

    Meal 1
    xxxxxx (cal xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg, fat xxg)
    xxxxxx (cal xxg, protein xxg, carbs xxg, fat xxg)

    You obviously don't know what you are getting into. I just don't want you to hurt yourself for life just because you were too impatient to do things the right way. I understand this isn't what you want to hear, but if you came on here looking for advice, then take it.
