    Do you follow the 3.3mg/kg of body weight protocol?

    No, thats a fair bit!

    I take a fair amount though. 10g AM, 10g Pre and PWO and 10-15g Before bed. 35-40g/ED approx.

    I dont take into account scoops of BCAA too. I use BCAA's with a 2:1:1 Leucine and supp. Leucine itself aswell. I must take in around 50g/ED.

    Some supplement BCAA's and Leucine inbetween meals. I know Charles Poloquin advocates this. I'd need 300g/ED Leucine to replicate this study.

    It says they gave them 50mg per KG per day, not grams. You are taking a lot more than that. That would only equate to 5g a day for a 100kg man.
