    If your looking for strongman results . Does that mean you will be 1 rep max weights ?
    With you kick starting D-bol and doing 15 weeks total . You will be very strong with 500mg test e . I suggest doing 400mg for 12 weeks , saving a vial for next cycle that you will be anxiously awaiting . 400mg you will very pleased .
    also I suggest not going below 3 or 4 reps max weight . With great strength increases comes great responsibility .
    I am no expert , Just like to see people not get sidelined by accident or injury .

    Mostly 3-5 Reps.

    Reason im leaning towards 500 mg for 15 is the info in the steroid profile on this site -

    "Now this is very interesting. You´ll note that the most fat was lost by the group in this study who used the highest dose (600mgs/week), and the most Fat Free mass, Strength and Muscle Volume was gained, when compared to any of the lower doses studied (14). Basically, the more testosterone you use (and this holds true for almost all steroids), the more gains you´ll get! I know that the previous statement will ruffle some feathers in the "less is more" club, but that´s simply too bad... more test = more muscle, more strength, more size, and less fat. "

    That maybe true . But also remember there is gonna be a time when you are not on 500mg test . The big increase in anabolic effects are easier going up then down . Quite simple it's better to start with small steps than a leap .
    Your first cycle is a test of your mind also . When your where doing 8 reps with 315 on the bench a month ago and now 295 is all you wanna do without a spot is disheartening . The longer the cycle the longer the pct and time off to next cycle .
    Although I look for conservative approach , I believe you will benefit more .

    Hmm good point...

    Mite go with 400mg for 12.5 weeks then.

    leaves me another spare 20ml if I want to run another 400mg for 12.5 cycle down the track.

    It's just my conservative idealism's . Good point I'm not sure . I screwed all my cycles in the 90's without PCT . Maybe a few more people can give a closer expectation to strength gains . Over the counter supplements claims is a example of power of steriods . You don't see steriods claiming the effects of over the counter products . Hence there's nothing like it ! Good luck !
