I would have to say your PCT is sub standard. I personally would not fool around when it comes to PCT, putting your body through the stresses of a cycle, it deserves a good recovery and to keep all the hard earned gains. Your PCT should look like this at the least:

Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50
