no post cycle? you need to spend some more time researching before considering putting drugs into your body. i would advise you to visit the post cycle section of the board and spend some time reading and rereading the stickies.
by the stats you posted i see absolutley no reason why you can not get to 10% fairly easily with diet and exercise alone?
