aspirated puss

Hi guys,

really need your help -

last night I went to inject 1ml of tren but when I aspirated for the 2nd time a bit of blood come through and then white stuff puss I think, I have been injecting into that site quite a bit so as some as I seen puss (i think)I stopped and pulled it out.

this morning I went into the same place and to the side of it (2 different places in same muscle) with nothing to inject just the injectable water to see the bubbles and tried to find the puss to drain it but i could not find anything all that come out is some gear (i think) ??????? what should i do, doctors or will it be ok? i don't feel bad, I feel fine nothing Is it red, swollen, burning or itching ext
