    ok i will my diet has been fixed by jamy in the diet section and he has me on a higher calorie intake and more proteins, carbs , fat etc.. my trainging is excellant but i train for performance and speed.

    then stick with the diet and training you have lined out for the next six months or so, and use that time to research.

    haha very funny i bet i have less bf than you i say 19 percent but when i posted up a picture in diet section before they said it was around 9, 10 percent.

    No it was said IF you where 10% you could see your abs without flexing and in your picture there is no sign of abs but even at your thin weight it looks like you have a belly still.

    Take the advise or leave it but stop the threads asking the same thing. If you just want someone to tell you what steroids or whatever to take you can find it in another forum, not here. This is one of the only ones that health comes first and good honest advise.

    STOP asking if THIS or THAT would be OK. Learn to diet/eat properly and workout.
