puffy nips...gyno? please help.

Hey Immortal, whats the puffiness then

Technically it is gyno, but it is not the same gyno that forms with a lump. Mine is from puberty and what happens is fat and hormonal imbalance pushes the nipple outwards. As you know gyno usually doesn't happen in both nipples (at the same time), it usually is one or the other. I have felt my pecs before and examined them and there is no lump, just my puffy nipples. If its cold or if I get it water they look normal.

I thought it was 30 days to become stable? Either way, i think at this point this kid needs letro in his system asap!

It is 3-4 weeks to start buidling up, up to 8 weeks to be detectable in blood plasma levels. hence why alot of people run it prior to a cycle beginning.

RESULTS
At clinically administered doses, the plasma half-lives of anastrozole (1 mg once daily), letrozole (2.5 mg once daily), and exemestane (25 mg once daily) were 41-48 hours, 2-4 days, and 27 hours, respectively.

The time to steady-state plasma levels was 7 days for both anastrozole and exemestane and 60 days for letrozole.

I feel u bro, got the same issue myself! Nips puffy as fu:k, second they are cold or agitated, they shrink up and look like normal nips how i wish theyd look 24/7! Been like this since i was like 8yrs old. Either way, i think this kids needs letro asap, i dont see arimidex saving him at this point.
