Should Clomid and Nolva be stacked or Nolva be done alone since it is more powerful than clomid? (also 40/40/20/20 is mg's?)

Main worry right now is stopping Gyno, my god does gyno scare the s**t out of me. I have been reading for the past 7 days about both pct and gyno to not have any problems.
