Drop down to 9-10% bodyfat. You will know then if it's going to fix itself or require a tuck.

    100% agree.

Deuce, if you can manage to get down to ~10% you will know for certain if the surgery is necessary. Unfortunately, I've seen in the past, that when someone cuts bodyfat from an extra bodyfat the elasticity of the skin will become more predominant / visible, once in a lower range.

Right now I'd focus on cutting down 6% or so. IMO stick to simple compounds / stacks... (IE) Test + Clen / T3... perhaps start using winstrol when you get to around 12 - 13%.

You've got a mega thick frame, which is a definite plus. Just keep hammering out the cardio. Join a spin-class at your gym!! lol. Anyways, good luck bro.

FYI- dropping to 9% or even 5% will not tell you for 'certain' by any means. however, it will "release" the subq fat and might even make it LOOK worse OR make it look less conspicuous (but thats unlikely as it will probably look worse if you drop the fat too quickly). only time will tell, the time it requires your body to produce certain factors and eliminate others (recruit stuff, etc) and the skin will slowly tighten up. you should read proper MEDICAL LITERATURE on this subject. the new england journal as well as some online search engines for medical literature will be reliable sources.
