i have no clue what anyone can tell you. from reading your last 4 threads you just seem like you are clueless. you dont have a proper diet or workout routine and you dont know the difference between steroids and knock offs. that nova xt you have is useless for pct. you need to learn alot more before your going to see any gains. how do you workout? do you just go to the gym and do whatever or do you work 1 muscle a day or what?
