Im pretty aware of myself and what I take it diet and all.
I did take some more photos, honestly I still feel Im at the same point as when i was on creatine.
Im a bit bigger and im pretty sure thats due to my amount of carbs im taking in.
Also my strength has not gone up to much at all.
Im still lifting what i was lifting when i was on creatine.
This shit is so aggravating and depressing.
Hopefully week 7-8 will change
I get 7-9 hours of sleep a night
