    Where should I do my log, In the THREAD I already have started that has my pics in it or should i start a whole new thread?? and how often should I update it.. bi- weekly.. weekly, daily??

    I think the threads that turn out the best are ones that are updated everyday, includes pictures, and has detailed info on the person's diet/training. (Weight of food, macros, what exercises, how much weight, what the increase has been, reps, sets, etc...)

    JMO.
