chicken breast (salt pepper garlic granules) covered in glad wrap/saran wrap and into the microwave for 6 minutes on high. soooo juicy.

cook your beef mince in a tomato based sauce.

I haven't got any tricks for meat.

I am very interested in what others have to say about your questions. I was going to post a couple answers but i think there are members here that could answer them ALOT better.

hahaha ya these are helping its just hard...everywhere u turn there is HFCS...so artificial sucrose such as HFCS is bad...we all hear that but why...worse then any other standard sugar? does it do a lot of negative when it comes to being stored as fat im guessing? i know i need to stay away from sugar just never have really known why...

With the exception of trans fat, high fructose corn syrup is probably the worst thing in the world you can put in your diet.

The calories are as "empty" as you can get as far as nutrient density goes. It will also have a very high propensity to be stored as bodyfat.

I knew that it was empty and will be stored as fat but I thought it might actually be damaging in some other sort of way. like is bad for your health other than obesity.

to my understanding it's a storage issue like fireguy said.. ofcourse this could lead to other problems like diabetes and heart disease but that's with in the umbrella of bad diets and body fat issues...

i also believe that as long as it's with in the realm of your caloric requirements it's not "unhealthy" but just not needed. this ofcourse assuming your other macros are in check.
