I think most of it depends on diet and training before, during and after cycle. For some reason people tend to slow down working out, keeping up with diet and taking care of themselves like they do on cycle (50%+ fail on cycle) so I think that is where the majority of the loss comes from.

For most people especially here Steroids should just be a means to bump us up to the next step and we should be able to keep most of our gains unless you/we are doing HUGE cycle because we are Pro bodybuilding which 99% of us here are NOT.

Look at how big some of the natural body builder can get with ONLY diet. Most of us or to lazy to put that much work into it, myself included but we should put a LOT of work into it or it's not worth doing.

We are all cheating a little but if you do it right you can keep most/a lot of your gains.

thanks for the info..working hard is not an issue with me..i used to workout 6 days a week and not gain anything except lethargy and dark circles..cant blame those foolish trainers because i was foolish enough to follow them..now am working 3 days a week, cardio alternate days and looking at a diff me..
My question is if besides keeping diet workout and pct to the max if for any possible reason i lose on to mass due to slow test recovery can it be within 5 days..can i have mood swings lethargy or lack of focus during these 5 days..as have a project in 5days and need to be my fittest best(body, mood and focus) for it
